We have slowly made 125 miles south of Bermuda. It’s a beautiful sunny day almost 80 degrees with 15-20 knots from the SE. We’re sailing with Yankee and mainsail. The fishing lines have been deployed and we’ve had a flying fish land on deck.

Otherwise life is good. There have been no disasters, spills, or deluges to report. I’ll try to find something to write about after my next watch at dinnertime.
All’s well with the crew of avalanche at 30.37 N 64.94 W. (to see where that is, go to maps.google.com and search for: 30.37, -64.94)

Hi! Sorry I haven’t had email/internet for a few days. Glad to hear Peter is ok. Sounds like quite the adventure. Good job with the first aid!! Glad Ben could make the rest of the trip. Ben made a website for me so I am blogging there. You can find out what I am doing now too, I just need Ben to come home so he can help me make it cool like yours and his. Hope the rest of your trip goes well. I am with the team now, we are training Super G tomorrow, should be fun! Ben is working the World Cup race in Beaver Creek and enjoying catching up with his old buddies but I think he is glad he is a pilot now and not doing the ski racing thing anymore…Be safe. Love, Jess (& Ben too) PS-Utah lost to BYU 17 to 10…bummer.
